Terms and Conditions:
We want all our stockists to do well and we are always here to advise you on how you can get the best out of our range.
For fashion ranges the only way to guarantee stock is to forward order them. Please contact us for more information on 0044 (0) 203862 5855
Our standard minimum order is £500, €650 or $750. Customers who pre-ordered can top up the season with no minimums applied.
We kindly request that for those items you select you order a minimum of 2 units per size for our clothing range and 6 units per size for our skincare.
Payment terms, duty and carriage
For forward orders we require a deposit of 25% to protect stock with the balance before delivery.
We sell in £s in the UK, € in Europe and $s in the rest of the world.
Standard carriage is:
£10 on UK orders under £500 and free for orders over £500.
€20 for European orders and free for orders over €1000
$40 for Rest of the world with free delivery on orders over $1500
No duty is payable by customers in the UK, EU, Canada or the US. Outside these areas local duties are the responsibility of customers. We typically use DHL for international shipments who normally provide a good customs clearance service.
We can accept payments into our bank account, via Transferwise, or by debit or credit card.
Selling our range:
We aim to support you in anyway we can with point of sale and by promoting your business. We know retail is tough, particularly if you have a brick and mortar store. We can always help with lifestyle and product images and our toolbox on our wholesale website has lots of other things you might need like EAN codes.
We occasionally do offers but these are normally dependent on stock levels and we offer greater discounts to those whose who have pre-ordered. The first place to find out about these is on our wholesale Facebook page. If you are not on already just ask one of our sales team.
We sometimes sell past season prints to TKMaxx in the UK, EU and Australia. We never sell current season prints.
To make things nice and fair for all we ask that you do not pre-sell ranges (curtain raisers are fine but not taking orders for stock you don’t have).
Data protection and cookies:
Little Green Radicals take data protection seriously. We do not store credit or debit card data on site and all personal information is stored on protected tier one server off site.
We abide by all local laws on data protection.
Description of goods:
We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all goods have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website.
Mistakes or faulty product:
We try to avoid making mistakes but if we have shipped incorrect items in error or short shipped items and the value is less than £50 in your favour (i.e. we have shipped additional items incorrectly) they are yours to keep and in our favour (i.e. we have short shipped), we issue a credit note for up to £50 value. If an item is deemed faulty please send a picture and we may then request the product is sent to us.
Cancellation of forward orders:
A fee equivalent to 25% of order value will be applied to forward orders cancelled after we have placed the order with our manufacturer, provided it is delivered in line with the agreed timetable.
